2. Processing Time
Our products are made-to-order to ensure quality and uniqueness. Processing times vary depending on the product type:
- T-Shirts (single print position): 1–2 business days
- Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Long Sleeves, or items with multiple print positions: 3–4 business days
- All Over Print (AOP) Shirts: 5–7 business days
Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

We offer both Standard and Express shipping options. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds vary by destination:

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Shipping times are estimated from the date the item is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Important Notice: For customers in Brazil, Chile, Japan, Taiwan, and certain remote provinces in China, an identification number (Tax ID) is required for customs clearance. Please email your Tax ID to joy@joylovesfashion.com after placing your order to avoid delays.
6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
You have 4 hours from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations, including changes to size, color, or shipping address. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be altered or canceled.
Note: For Express Shipping orders, processing begins immediately. Therefore, cancellations or modifications are not possible once the order is placed.
7. Delivery Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update.
8. Additional Information
- Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and carrier disruptions.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–4 business days.
- During peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended.
- For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, please allow an additional 7–12 business days.
