Chanel Spring 2013

For Spring 2013, Chanel featured signature tweeds in colorblocked aqua green and cobalt blue. Shoulders were rounded, jackets were cropped and the models dripped of oversized pearls. Some standout looks included a long sleeved white top and skirt covered in pearls (I’ve got this on my DIY list!), an art deco inspired sleeveless column mini-dress and a sheer cutout one-piece that boasts Chanel’s iconic trademark. The accessories — colorblocked platforms, Lucite brimmed hats and cutout leather gloves — were eye catching ad-ons.
