Hey Babes!
Here are my Grammy Night fashion MISSES! The following ladies should “reevaluate” their stylists! (And that’s putting it nicely!) Btw, this list is in no particular order.
1. Carrie Underwood
Boring and ill fit. She has a hot bod, why hide it under all this shapeless fabric?
2. Sheryl Crow
Two words: Mousey Brown. Another two words: Ill Fit. Two enemies of fashion! Better off wearing a papersack, if you ask me. At least that would be artsy! (Only a look Lady Gaga could pull off though.lol)
3.Beyonce
When I first saw this look coming down the red carpet, I thought: “Oh, no! Typical “safe” Beyonce outfit! I do love Bey and her 2nd outfit made my Hit List (see earlier post). But for someone who was nominated for 10 Grammys, she should have come down the red carpet looking like a million bucks, not like a Parisian carpet! This look is “Boring Beyonce”. Her 2nd outfit was more “Sasha Fierce”. lol
4. India Arie
Ok, now, who certified this outfit?? This is boring, unflattering and old fashioned. The End.
5. Ciara
Sure, shes wearing Givenchy but since this is not her personal style, she is unable to totally pull off the look. In other words: that’s not her “swag”. Now if Rihanna or myself were wearing this, it would be fierce, because fierce is what we do! Cici was not cut out to wear high fashion couture-artsy ensembles. I do love her though.
6. Nicole Kidman
Um, someone should have told Nicole she was attending the Grammys, not a funeral. Common knowledge is to always go more exciting for an awards show like the Grammys. Two thumbs down.
7. Kristen Bell
This dress is shapeless and just blah. For someone as petite as Kristen, this is waaay too much fabric! As you may have noticed, I am NOT a fan of women with fabulous bodies wearing shapeless, boring outfits!! Why hide your amazing figure? Purely a sin.
8. Ke$ha
For her first Grammy award show, Ke$ha definitely should have gone stylish and fab to make a statement. Instead she wore an ill fitting flapper dress. Now, I am a fan of flapper dresses, but they MUST be done right. I say hers is ill fitting because the fringe is too long, which totally messes up her body proportions.
9. Britney Spears
Hmmm, where to start? So much is wrong with this outfit : (. This chick has been to waaay too many Grammy awards in her career to be flopping in this manner. Wrong all across the board. This outfit leaves me wondering if she actually has a stylist. If so, this person should be promptly fired. If not, call me, Brit. Would love to work with you.
In the picture below is Britney at the Grammys ten years ago. MUCH better. Sophisticated and sexy. What happened, Brit-brit!
And Lastly…
10. Jennifer Lopez
J-Lo, girl, pick a length. This dress would be better if it was either short or long. Not both. Perhaps a smaller slit?

I'll start with Ke$ha… I agree with everything you said… But to add to that… The color does nothing for her skin tone… She looks washed out… I think Nicole Kidman thought she was going to the Oscars… Even then… No.
I didn't even know Britney was there… That was a hot mess… Reminds me of the time she and Justin came to the (VMA's … I think) wearing the denim… It was a risk that didn't pay off…
I love Beyonce but I liked the dress she wore when she performed than what she wore on the Red Carpet… I thought it was nice… but for someone else.
India. Arie… just no… That gown on her makes me think she has no friends… No true friends will let her walk out the house wearing that… So not flattering…
I kinda like Carrie Underwood's dress. I would have preferred that it was a little more form fitting… but I didn't think it was bad…
Hey girl, great comments…so true lol. Yes Carries dress turned me off because it had potential but was so ill fitting!
