Let’s talk about giving. With all the excitement the holiday brings it’s easy to forget that many people are struggling to get their next meal. This holiday, I found an organization that feeds the homeless right here in my neighborhood of Harlem called Friendly Hands Ministries. It was such a blessing to provide their facility with healthy organic items from my fave go-to grocery store, Trader Joe’s.

I encourage you to find a food bank, shelter or church in your community and donate food and other necessities. Not only will you provide someone with a warm meal, you’ll also feel good inside and inspire others to do the same. So, let’s all give back this holiday season!
